Tonight was a meatless meal night. I acquired this recipe from my (future) mother in law. The burritos are so filling, you won’t miss the meat.
Get everything ready and put in bowls to arrange a “make-your-own” burrito bar.
You will need shredded cheese, sliced avocado, chopped red onion, fried potatoes (sprinkled with garlic salt), bacon, refried beans and flour tortillas.
Feel free to add any additional fixings like sour cream, tomatoes, etc. The possibilities are endless!
